EMGI has been servicing the Caribbean for over a decade. With over 30 years of combined leadership experience in the medical device industry, senior management set out to assemble a team that would be brand representatives for our business partners exemplifying the core values of honesty and integrity. A strong emphasis is placed on the education and training of our team members so that we may be an asset to our customers before, during and after surgery. EMGI understands the current challenges that our valued Caribbean customers face with lower reimbursements and rising costs. It is our pledge to be a valuable strategic business partner with our customers, making every attempt to reduce their overhead expenditure while bringing state of the art technology, supplies and surgical techniques with reproducible outcomes for their patients and community.
We are able to streamline the ordering process and fulfill a variety of needs including but not limited to orthopedics (sportsmed, trauma and capital), general surgery, GYN, GI and radiology.

Jeffrey Thomas
Jeff is originally from Northern NY having grown up in Canton. Jeff served in the US Navy as a Surgical First Assistant for 12 years where he received numerous awards and recognition including Sailor Of The Year. Upon his Honorable Discharge from the Navy, Jeff relocated to Raleigh, NC and began his career in Medical Device Sales. Jeff worked his way up through the ranks starting as a Sales Associate, transitioning to a Senior Territory Manager and then becoming the Regional Manager of NC, SC , VA and the USVI. In 2016 Jeff returned home to NY and founded EMGI. Jeff’s passion is to mentor the next generation of sales professionals. Jeff is known for his honesty and integrity and always puts the best interest of surgeons and their patients at the forefront.
In his spare time Jeff enjoys the beach, camping, and attending sporting events with his family.
Bernadette Rizzo
Bernadette brings to EMGI, extensive experience from various levels of retail and banking management. Most recently owning a small Personal Assistant Services company, she makes it possible for companies to run smoothly and efficiently through proven operational, organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills. She is detail- oriented, analytical, focused, energetic, highly ethical and an intuitive professional with strong business acumen.
In her spare time she enjoys music, reading, gardening, traveling, theatre and spending time with family and friends.
Keith Freeman
Growing up in Virginia. Joined the U.S. Army as a Surgical tech. After 10 years of service and an honorable discharge, began working as a civilian travel surgical tech for 4 years before entering medical sales. After 9 years working in vascular and foot and ankle sales, moved to St. Croix USVI.
In my free time I enjoy playing golf, deep sea fishing and crafting live edge river tables.
